Customer Support Specialist

Building customer satisfaction and trust in relations with YieldPlanet.

Support hoteliers using services in their daily work.

Your role

  • Support phone, e-mail, web-forms, and system inquiries
  • Contact with English and Polish-speaking clients in support matters
  • Respond to questions and solve customer problems
  • Prepare difficult cases for escalation to 2nd and 3rd line support
  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients
  • Support customers during implementation process & provide trainings on the system

Your profile

  • Fluent Polish and English in speech and writing
  • French or German would be an advantage
  • Communication skills
  • Ability to learn fast and immediate application of the acquired knowledge
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Empathy
  • Good manners
  • Computer science passion
  • Interest in new technologies
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry
  • Experience in working with English-speaking clients
  • Experience in Customer Support/ Helpdesk / Call Center / Technical Support
  • Education in IT/Hospitality or related
